The role of management plans in the Tacana territory

The territorial management of the Tacana people is an example of organisation on a national level due to the understanding that the Tacanas have had of the organisation and regulation necessary to develop in a more sustainable way in a world as changing as today’s. This is why the development of natural resource management plans as instruments of territorial management have been key to the sustainable use of resources that have been used by the Tacanas for centuries.
