Diego Antonio Aliaga Pantoja, a park ranger at Madidi National Park and Natural Area of Integrated Management (PN ANMI), belongs to the central indigenous community of Leco de Apolo. Since 2011, Diego has been a dedicated park ranger, trained in monitoring fauna, flora, and other activities during patrols. He has a strong grasp of legal areas and environmental laws to combat illicit activities within the protected
area. Diego is committed to the protection and conservation of Madidi and the environment. His passion for nature aligns with respect and harmony towards indigenous communities within the Madidi protected area.
